I'm absolutely excited to share some fantastic news regarding the 2023 West Virginia Juried Exhibition. My colored pencil creation, "Very Squeaky Kitty", has officially been crowned with the Award of Excellence! 🎨🐾
This is the most prestigious honor I've received as an artist and my heart is full of gratitude. My artwork will now become a part of the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture, and History’s permanent art collection. This serves as a HUGE milestone for me and my creative journey.
Now, let's talk about the belle of the ball—Squeak herself. This little introvert, who usually shies away from the spotlight, is ready to take center stage, welcoming each and every visitor with her colored pencil gaze. It's one small step for Squeak, but one monumental leap for my artistic journey!
